How often can I update my products?

You can update your products whenever you like. There are no limitations or associated charges with updating your products yourself.

How can I protect my product data?

Yodify takes privacy and security very seriously. If you would like to have an NDA in place before starting a relationship with Yodify, we are happy to review yours or provide you ours.

How are my products accessed?

Products, categories, filter criteria, and other brand content are housed in the DEC Brand Library, which is only accessible to particular Channel Partners at the brand's sole discretion.

Channel Partners can browse available DEC brands and request access to their products to use in their catalogs, which can be assessed and acted upon on an individual basis.

Who owns my product data once I upload it?

Manufacturers always retain complete ownership of their product data.

The use of their product data is beholden to the terms they establish for their channel partners.

Can I track changes I make to my Brand Library Products?

There are complete change logs that track every change made to your products, categories, & MPNs on the Yodify platform.

Changes made through integrations will also be visible, but they will not have an associated user ID linked to those changes.

Who Can Access My Product Data?

Brands determine who can access, view, and use products from their Brand Library. Only with express consent can channel partners add products from your DEC Brand Library to their Yodify-powered sites.

How do we ensure Channel Partners won’t misrepresent our brand or use outdated or inconsistent information?

Syndication ensures the opposite — your partners get a centralized, always up-to-date source of truth for your product data. Rather than each partner maintaining their own version (which risks errors or inconsistencies), you retain control over the core content, branding, and updates, while still allowing room for approved customization.

If our partners sell the same products online, won’t that create pricing conflicts or compete with our own direct sales efforts?

Yodify DEC allows you to implement pricing tiers, region-specific strategies, or restricted access to certain SKUs depending on your specific partner relationships. This eliminates price conflicts, and creates further efficiencies in the management of your channel network.
