Yodify Agency Partner Earnings
Yodify Agency Partners earn money by bringing a client onto the platform and having the client pay for a monthly subscription.

The Yodify Agency Partners referral earnings (also referred to as "commission" or "revenue share") on a monthly subscription are calculated based on the terms outlined below and in conjunction with the terms in the Agency Partner Agreement. The calculation can vary depending on several factors, including the type of partnership, the activities, the commission structure, and any specific conditions or thresholds that must be met.

All referral earnings are calculated on the fees that the Client pays to Yodify, after deducting any discounts or credits.

Initial and Recurring Commissions
Yodify Agency Partners earn a 20% commission on the monthly subscription when a new Client subscribes to a Yodify Pro, Yodify Premium or Yodify Enterprise plan and the Client is an active Yodify Client. Where a new Client is authorized by the Brand Client to use the Brand Clients catalog, the Yodify Agency Partner is eligible to earn  a 20% commission on the Clients monthly subscription.

Agency Partners are eligible to continue earning 20% commission for the lifetime of the Client and/or 10% commission for the lifetime of the Brand Client provided the Agency Partner performs at least one Revenue Generating Activity per 12 consecutive months for each Client and/or Brand Client.
Data Services
Yodify Agency Partners earn 20% of the Client's paid Data Services, provided by Yodify, for use in their Yodify Pro, Yodify Premium or Yodify Enterprise plan. Data Services commissions are one-time only earnings on each eligible invoice.
Development Services
Yodify Agency Partners earn 20% of the Client's paid Development Services for use in their Yodify Pro, Yodify Premium or a Yodify Enterprise plan. Development Services commission are one-time only earnings on each eligible invoice.
Development Store Referrals
To perform a referral for a development store, you need to initially set up a development store in the Agency Partner Dashboard and then transfer its ownership to a client.

Earnings
A recurring commission of 20% of the client's monthly Pro or Premium plan subscription fee.
Terms
Continues on a monthly basis for the duration that the client maintains their status as a paying Yodify customer.

For clients on monthly plans, the Agency Partner commission will be paid on a monthly basis following the end of the month.

For clients on annual plans, the Agency Partner commission will be paid on an annual basis following the end of the calendar year.

Agency Partners will be eligible for payout after the client pays their related subscription fee invoice.
