The HCL-RC, Hydrochloric Acid Railcar Disc, has a large 4.75" OD typically used in rubber lined tank cars. 

The disc is made with durable Ryton plastic, and comes as standard with Fluoropolymer liners and gaskets adhered to both sides, giving maximum corrosion resistance.
Features
  • Designed primarily for rubber-lined tank cars used in Hydrochloric Acid service
  • Standard material construction is Ryton with Fluoropolymer linings, and 1/32" Fluoropolymer gaskets secured to both sides
  • Same rupture pressure in both direction (bidirectional)
  • Damage resistant
  • Resistant to premature rupture during coupling and switching
