Horizontal "Weighted" Intake Sub

The Premium Horizontal "Weighted" Intake Sub is designed to be run in the horizontal section of a well. 

In a typical situation, the horizontal section of the wellbore is only half full of liquid thus allowing the pump to draw large amounts of gas that will affect the efficiency and run life of the pump.

The Premium Horizontal "Weighted" Intake Sub has a weighted eccentric mandrel that will always orient the intake to draw from the bottom of the horizontal wellbore. This will allow the pump to draw more liquid and less free gas. 

When used in conjunction with a Premium Spiral Jet Gas Separator, an optimal level of gas separation can be achieved ensuring longer pump life and greater pump efficiencies.
