MIA-LIDEC-L20-70D is an alarm sensor using acoustic waves and detects any liquid level at the lower part inside a cargo tank. 

As compared with the conventional float type level gauge, the detecting method of level by this level sensor excels in durability and reliability because there is no moving part, and also because the detection by this sensor is not influenced by the adhesive.
