Mechanical floats are immune to froth, foam & fumes.
Chamber materials: 316SS & others.
Seawater resistant Copper Nickel (CuNi) units available on request.
Density: down to S.G. 0.6.
Pressure: up to 50 bar.
Up to 50 bar custom built in Australia under licence - higher pressure imported directly from Weka AG (Switzerland).
Temperature: up to 250°C.
Specifications: welding to ASME, TUV, SVTI, NACE Manufacture.
Approvals: GL, Lloyds Register, ABS, BV, DNV.
Floats: Buna-N, 316SS, titanium etc (choice based on media, pressure & temperature).
Connections: we can do any fitting to suit your existing or new process connections. Typical examples:
Flanges - ANSI, BS (AS2129), Table D/E.
Threads - BSP or NPT (male or female).
Valves - lockout valves in any format.
Options: switches (including IECEx Ex d or Ex ia), 4-20mA transmitters, measuring scales (custom materials & markings), support brackets, valves (isolation, drain or vent), choice of indication rail & colour (including IP68 inert gas filled models for corrosive gas environments).
