Type RX two piece, two screw connectors are used to terminate one or more nonmetallic sheathed cables to a knockout in a dry location box or enclosure.

Type NST PVC - plastic connectors are used to terminate nonmetallic sheathed cable to 1/2" knockout in a dry location box or enclosure.
