Vapore 164 EN ISO 6134 Type 1/A is a hose designed for long-lasting steam service, one of the toughest applications for a hose due to the hot/cold and wet/dry cycling attacks on the rubber compounds externally and internally. 

The hose construction incorporates an EPM tube that resists heat and popcorning, and has an EPDM cover for resistance against abrasion, cracking, hardening and ozone. 

Typically this hose is used for cleaning equipment and for heating process equipment in refineries and industrial plants either with steam and hot water.
